สำหรับคนทั่วไปที่ไม่เคยรู้จักหรือใช้พลังจิตมาก่อน พลังจิต เป็นสิ่งลี้ลับที่คนทั่วไปไม่สามารถใช้ได้ นอกจากผู้ที่มีการฝึกจิต (เเบบที่มนุษย์ทั่วไปไม่สามารถทำได้) จนแก่กล้าแล้วเท่านั้น จึงสามารถใช้พลังจิตได้
แต่รู้ไหมครับ คนที่ใช้พลังจิตได้แล้วโดยเฉพาะผมเองไม่คิดอย่างนั้น
พลังจิต นั้นแท้ที่จริงเป็นเรื่องธรรมดามากๆคนธรรมดาทั่วไปทุกคน (และผมหมายถึงคุณด้วย!) เกิดมาพร้อมศักยภาพในการใช้พลังจิตอยู่แล้วครับ เหมือนกับที่คนปกติทุกคนเกิดมาพร้อมกับศักยภาพที่จะสามารถขับรถหรือพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้นั่นแหละครับ ซึ่งในทางกลับกันถ้าเราไม่เคยพูดภาษาอังกฤษมันก็พูดไม่ได้หรือไม่ได้พูดนานๆสักสิบปีมันก็พูดไม่ได้
พลังจิตก็เหมือนกันแหละครับ ถ้าเราไม่เคยใช้ หรือไม่ได้ใช้นานๆ มันก็ใช้ไม่ได้ แค่นั้นเองจริงๆ ซึ่งความจริงแล้วถ้าคุณยังไม่เคย ผมกำลังจะให้คุณลองใช้พลังจิตตอนนี้เลย พร้อมไหมครับ ถ้าพร้อมแล้ว ไปเลย!
1. นั่งหลังตรง ทำใจให้สบาย ผ่อนคลาย
2. หายใจช้าๆ ลึกๆ เบาๆ นุ่มนวล
3. ค่อยๆเอานิ้วชี้มือขวาแตะที่กลางฝ่ามือซ้าย ลองสังเกตความรู้สึกที่กลางฝ่ามือที่ถูกแตะ มันจะยังไม่พบอะไรเป็นพิเศษตรงนี้ไม่ต้องกังวล
4. ค่อยๆเปลี่ยน เอานิ้วชี้ซ้ายแตะที่กลางฝ่ามือขวาลองสังเกตความรู้สึกที่กลางฝ่ามือที่ถูกแตะ เช่นกัน
5. เอามือมาใกล้ๆกันคล้ายกับประคองลูกบอล
ให้มือห่างกันประมาณ 1 ฟุต ลองสังเกตความรู้สึกที่กลางฝ่ามือแล้วค่อยๆ เอามือเข้าใกล้กันช้าๆ สังเกตความรู้สึกที่กลางฝ่ามือเสมอ คุณอาจรู้สึกคล้ายสัมผัสอะไรจางๆ บางคนอาจรู้สึกถึงความร้อน ความหนา หรือบางคนอาจรู้สึกถึงการเคลื่อนไหว
ยินดีด้วย คุณได้ใช้พลังจิตสำเร็จไปแล้ว!! ในวงการเราเรียกสิ่งนี้ว่า PSI BALL
เห็นไหมครับ พลังจิตไม่ยาก...เอ่อ เอาล่ะ ที่ยากมันก็มีครับ แต่ที่ผมอยากให้คุณรู้ในครั้งแรกนี้ก็คือ ทุกคนสามารถใช้พลังจิตได้ คุณสามารถใช้พลังจิตได้ ก่อนที่จะบอกคุณว่าพลังจิตคืออะไร ผมอยากให้คุณรู้ว่า พลังจิตไม่ใช่ปาฏิหาริย์ เท่านั้นแหละ
เอาล่ะ ผมยังไม่ลืมหรอกครับ บทนี้ชื่อว่า พลังจิตคืออะไร ครับผมคงอธิบายได้แล้ว พลังจิตก็คือความสามารถตามธรรมชาติของมนุษย์ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากศักยภาพของจิตครับ แค่นั้นเอง หมายความว่าถ้ามีคนอ่านใจคนอื่น เขากำลังใช้พลังจิต ถ้ามีคนมองเห็นพลังออร่า เขากำลังใช้พลังจิต ถ้ามีคนมองเห็นเพื่อนคุณที่อยู่คนละจังหวัดกับคนที่ทำการมอง เขากำลังใช้พลังจิต ถ้ามีคนใช้เวทย์มนต์คาถา เขากำลังใช้พลังจิต ถ้ามีคนกำหนดเหตุการณ์ให้เป็นไปตามที่เขาต้องการ เขากำลังใช้พลังจิต
โดยเฉพาะอันสุดท้าย การกำหนดให้สิ่งต่างๆเป็นไปตามที่เราต้องการ เป็นพลังจิตครับ ที่จริงทุกคนเคยใช้พลังจิตมาแล้วทั้งนั้น เวลาเราสอบ เรากำลังใช้พลังจิตทำให้ตัวเราทำข้อสอบได้ เวลาเราเตะฟุตบอล เรากำลังใช้พลังจิตทำให้เราเตะได้ดี แต่พวกเราไม่รู้ว่านั่นเป็นพลังจิต เราไม่รู้ว่าเรากำลังใช้พลังจิตได้แล้ว เราเลยไม่เคยพัฒนาพลังจิตแบบต่างๆนั่นเอง
